Right Hand

Integrity

Integrity means you say what you mean and live what you speak. This is the foundation of trust with yourself, with Spirit, and with those you lead. When your actions align with your truth, you become a clear channel for power and purpose.

Building Relationships

Always be building.
Relationships are living systems. With self, with others, with Spirit. This principle reminds you that healing is not a solo path, it is woven in connection. Tend to your roots and branches, and your leadership becomes a forest, not a fortress.

Opinions and Advice

Let go of the need to fix.
Unsolicited advice is often a mask for discomfort. This principle teaches discernment. Knowing when to hold space and when to speak. True leadership listens more than it instructs. Trust the soul of the other to find its way.

Sacred Silence

Not everything must be said.
Silence is not absence, it is presence. Sacred silence is the space where truth ripens, where your energy rests, and where Spirit speaks loudest. Learning when to pause is as essential as knowing what to say.

Encourage the becoming.
This principle is about offering sincere, grounded affirmation to others on their path. When you witness someone’s effort with presence and say, “Good job,” you water their courage. True leadership doesn’t control, it uplifts. Encouragement creates a culture of growth, where people feel seen, safe, and supported to rise.

Patience

Let it unfold.
True change doesn’t rush. This principle reminds you to stay steady, even when results aren’t immediate. Leadership that honors timing is leadership that lasts. Patience is the energetic soil where trust grows.

Courage

Do it anyway.
Courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s moving forward with fear in the passenger seat, not the driver’s. This principle invites you to speak, act, and lead from your heart, even when it shakes. Your voice matters. Use it.

Trust

Your body already knows.
You came here with a compass inside you. This principle asks you to listen to it. When you trust your intuition, your boundaries, your energy, you stop outsourcing your power. Trust is the gateway to sovereignty.

Self-Discipline

Devotion, not punishment.
Discipline is sacred. It’s how you show up for what matters, even when it’s uncomfortable. Not as control, but as a form of love. This principle teaches you how to tend to your practices, your word, and your becoming with care.

Compassion

You are not here to save. You are here to love.
Compassion allows you to witness others, fully, without rescuing or retreating. It begins with releasing judgment of yourself. This principle invites you to lead with an open heart, clear eyes, and deep humility.
