What actually happens

Women come to coaching when they are navigating anxiety, depression, or grief. When they are processing the aftermath of ceremony. When the questions are too personal for a group container.

When they need more than a live call can hold.

The work is somatic. We find where the body is holding what the mind cannot solve. Most of the time that place is an inner child part that never felt safe to be seen, heard, or expressed. We find it. We give it a home in the body. We work with what is actually there, not a story about it.

You leave each session with tools you can use the same day. Shaking, breathwork, body-mapping practices that keep working after the call ends.

You do not have to relive anything. You do not have to talk through the whole story. You just have to be willing to feel what is in the room.

Your body remembers what your mind has forgotten.

10-Session Journey

Deep mentorship for long-term embodiment and soul leadership. Includes bonus Voxer Integration Week.

I'm the founder of the WILD School, an initiated ceremonialist, spiritual teacher, and former college professor. I’ve led over 200 ceremonies from Ayahuasca and Kambo to cacao, women’s circles, drum and rattle workshops.

All in devotion to guiding women back to what is sacred within.

I bring reverence, realness, and deep integrity into every space I hold.
